  • Ceremony Direction & Rehearsal: Complete management of your ceremony flow, processional cueing, and a dedicated 1-hour rehearsal run-through to ensure everyone feels confident.

  • Vendor Operations Management: Serving as the sole point of contact for all vendor arrivals, setup placements, and timeline cues throughout the event.

Standalone Day-of Decor Setup & Styling — Starting at $1,000 

A labor-and-styling-only production package for clients who are supplying 100% of their own ideas, and event decorations and inventory.

Includes:

  • Pre-Event Inventory Review: A meeting within 30-days of event to review client-provided items to confirm setup logistics.

  • Ceremony Layout Execution: Setup of client-provided ceremony decor.

  • Reception Table Styling: Complete setup of client-provided reception decor. 

  • Center Piece Placement: Styling of sweetheart tables, gift tables, and guest book displays, etc.
